After 3 weeks of games, in an effort to improve the players' experience and create more well rounded games, SEBA has decided to modify the 3rd grade PITCHING rules. All other rules for the 3rd grade session will remain the same. 

PITCHING RULE CHANGE beginning on Wednesday 6/14 - Season end:

Once 5 called by the umpire BALLS are thrown, an offensive coach will pitch to the batter to finish the AT BAT. 

Strikeouts are allowed, walks will not occur. 

A HIT BY PITCH will result in the batter going to first base. 

Each batter will start with a 0-0 count. 

Again, this pitching rule change is going into effect beginning Wednesday June 14th,  to encourage players to swing & make contact, and help maintain engagement while giving players more opportunity to succeed.
