Our Mission

The Sioux Empire Baseball Association (SEBA) is a non-profit 501c3 organization committed to providing advanced, developmental and adaptive baseball programs for all who wish to participate; striving to promote sportsmanship, education, commitment, dedication, and a positive attitude through the game of baseball. The Sioux Empire Baseball Association does not discriminate on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental ability, medical condition, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, or age.

From its initial year of organization in 1996, the Sioux Empire Baseball Association has grown at an average of over 3% in participant numbers each year. In the past year the Association provided baseball opportunities to nearly 4,000 youth in the city of Sioux Falls and surrounding areas, including over 3,200 participants in the SEBA Development Leagues. Team wise, the Association organized and administrated close to 300 adaptive, developmental, and advanced teams.

The Association provides baseball programming eleven months out of the year. SEBA provides adaptive, developmental, and competitive leagues for youth from the ages of 4 – 19. The Association also provides numerous indoor baseball camps and clinics at the Avera Sports Institute.
