A Strong Regular Season Has West feeling confident going into Regional Tournament

A walk-off loss in Renner left West with a rotten taste in their mouth to end the regular season. However, the team has been above-average all season by having a 31-20 record.

West has gone 10-5 over the past two weeks including an impressive double header sweep vs Mitchell, in which they outscored their opponent, 31-9 in the two games played.

A 3-2 weekend at the West Fargo Invitational followed the sweep and double headers against Harrisburg and Watertown, in addition to games against East and Renner capped off the regular season.

Gabe Stahl leads the team with a .390 batting average and a .500 slugging percentage as the West offense has a team average of .312 and a OPS of .822.

Connor Rysavy has struck out 45 batters while six West pitchers have won at least 10 games.

West will be the higher seed in their regional tournament opener vs. East on July 24 in Harrisburg with first pitch set for 2:30.
