West began the week on June 4 by falling to Pierre at Harmodon Park by a final score of 14-1. Landon Weis drove in Thomas Heilberger for West's only run in the first inning. West as a team committed five errors.
More runs crossed home plate in the second game of the double header, but West would go on to lose, 12-11. A seven-run third inning for West gave them their first lead of the game, but Pierre responded by scoring two of their own in the top of the fourth to eventually win the game.
West traveled to Yankton to face the Yankton Reds on June 6 for a double header. In a tight game 1, the Reds broke the game open in the fifth by scoring six runs to take a 9-3 lead. West rallied late in the seventh by narrowing the lead to just two, but they came up just short and fell 9-7.
West did not have much luck in game 2 as they fell, 13-4. Yankton out-hit West 14-4 in the game while the Reds offense put up runs in five of their six innings at the plate.
In game 1 of the Burnsville Tournament in Burnsville, Minn., West took on the hosting team in Burnsville on June 8. Sam Siegfried and Ryan Rysavy each had two hits for West in their 10-3 loss.
To conclude the tournament, West faced St. Louis Park on June 10. West was held to one run on four hits while neither team committed an error in West's 7-1 loss.
