Sioux Falls Post 15 West Baseball - Legion Head Coach Announcement

Charlie Dubanoski will take over as head coach of the Sioux Falls Post 15 West Legion program for the 2018 Season.  Coach Dubanoski will replace long-time head coach Joel Sage, who announced following the state tournament that he would be stepping down.

Coach Dubanoski is currently in his second season as an assistant coach with the University of Sioux Falls baseball program, under Grant Hieb.  At USF, Charlie serves as hitting instructor and catching coordinator.

Coach Dubanoski rejoins the Sioux Empire Baseball Association where he served as Associate Director of Player Development from September 2014 through July 2016.  Within that position, Charlie directed the camp and Academy programming, administered tournaments, and coordinated both player and coach development.

Prior to SEBA, Charlie held numerous coaching positions.  Those positions are as follows:
Burnsville Legion Assistant Coach (2011)
Augustana University Student Assistant Coach (2012)
Bloomington Gold Legion Head Coach (2012 and 2014)

Charlie is a 2007 graduate of Burnsville High School in Minnesota, a graduate of Augustana University in 2012 (BA in Physical Education) and a graduate of Winona State University in 2014 (MS in Educational Leadership).
