All bats cannot be lighter than -3 ounces with the barrel not being larger than 2 5/8 inches in diameter. All bats must be BBCOR certified and stamped on the bat.

14U

All bats cannot be lighter than -9 ounces with the barrel not being larger than 2 5/8 inches in diameter. Bats must be 1.15 BPF USSSA certified and stamped on the bat.

**14U: In order to better transition to the upcoming -3 ounce BBCOR bat which all players will swing the following year, as well as keep your bat legal for all out-of-state tournaments, it is the recommendation of SEBA that a bat for 14U be not lighter than -5 ounces with barrel not being larger than 2 5/8 inches in diameter. Bat must still have the 1.15 BPF USSSA certification stamped on it.

13U and 13/14 combined
